Privacy notice

Who is responsible for your information?

Dealbridge Property Limited is responsible for the personal information collected through this service and is the data controller. We use Dealbridge as our trading name. Information we collect

When you register, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, investment-capital range, funding method, goals, preferred strategies, timeframe and any notes you provide. We also record consent choices and submission details. Booking a conversation adds the appointment time, timezone and booking or cancellation details. Please do not include bank details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in the notes.

How we use it

We use your details to review your enquiry, understand your criteria, arrange and manage an introductory conversation and respond to you. The registration form requests consent to store and process the information you submit. Optional follow-up emails rely on your separate email consent. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

We may keep necessary records to meet legal obligations and a minimal opt-out record to respect your preferences. Our legitimate interests are responding to requested conversations, administering appointments, protecting the service and maintaining minimal suppression records so that we respect opt-outs. We do not use legitimate interests to override your email unsubscribe. The current form does not automatically make decisions about eligibility or investment suitability.

Services involved

HubSpot handles registration, contact records and the thank-you email. Calendly handles scheduling. Microsoft Outlook handles the business mailbox and calendar. This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. These providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and browser information when you use their services. Access to enquiry records is limited to the people and providers who need it to handle the enquiry and operate these services.

International processing

The services used for registration, booking, email and hosting may process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Calendly describes use of the Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum. HubSpot publishes its transfer arrangements in its data-processing agreement. Microsoft and OpenAI explain international processing and safeguards in their privacy information. You can ask Dealbridge for details of the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long we keep information

We manually review inactive enquiry records 12 months after the last meaningful contact and delete records that are no longer needed. If an enquiry becomes an ongoing business relationship, we will explain the retention policy relevant to that service. We keep only the minimum suppression record needed to honour an unsubscribe. This is a manual review process, not automatic deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from optional emails using the link in the email. Not opting in does not stop you from booking a conversation. You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object where processing relies on legitimate interests. Contact the email address above to make a request or withdraw consent.

Cookies and external pages

The registration page loads the HubSpot form only when you choose “Load registration form”. Calendly opens when you follow the booking link. Those services provide their own privacy and cookie information. This site has no added advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting and connected services may use necessary technical storage; review any cookie choices offered by those services.
